A Filippino Job Website

By Tyrone Shum

I would like to share with you a job website called Onlinejobs.ph and this job website is one area that individuals have asked about in the past as well as still currently today. I personally experienced and utilized this website myself previously and it has been 50/50. I haven't been all that productive to have the best people and I have appointed people from here but it hasn't always developed well and even before when I tried this, I felt some of the people who were listed here were also prospects from a very popular site called Bestjobs.ph. Essentially Onlinejobs is only a job seeking website. So workers which are located in the Philippines who are looking for job will come and include their resumes on here and it's a chance for people around the world for example Americans, Australians, Singaporeans, Canadians, UK and other English-speaking companies can come here and look for people.

Now, for staff from the Philippines, it's no cost for them to list here. It doesn't cost them anything but for companies, it does cost a fee. To join up to the site is pretty simple. It takes only really like a few minutes or so and all you should do is verify your message. And when you've done that, there is a very easy to access area over here and this is what i do consider a really impressive thing about this website. There's a spot here which you'll be able to just do a fast search to find people right away. You don't have to check out any links in order to find it.

Next I would like to proceed through just to give you an overview is that things I enjoy about it, I got to mention is that when you look through here, it does go through very simple to see and a good breakdown of say any candidate. Now things i found is that I really really like the competencies summary to a certain extent. This is basically their own opinion of what they think their abilities are and it's rated as stars. But to the point though, it is very, very detailed and an excessive amount of it because when I move through this, I'm a bit stressed as employer when I'm finding a person in the business I don't actually want to see an excessive amount of this. And as I described this is their self-status model so they could say that they're proficient at say Microsoft Excel but in actual fact, they could poor of it. So it's their own self-rating and the only method to know is when you actually interview them and test their competencies. That's the only method to really know. The other thing I just want to point out is yes this website has a lot of resume but it could be obsolete that way.

I want to also just explain additional positives about this website is if you're searching including and you found the candidate and they're great and matching your skill set then the good thing is that you'll be able to easily email them instantly by hitting the link. Additional thing as well is that using this site, if say for example you've employed this person, you can actually mark them as being employed so any other person looking at this person will not be able to hire them again. Now let's go onto the cons about this. First thing as I did show you just then those some issues with its searches and it doesn't always provide you with the best search on a regular basis so you got to just remember of that. Simultaneously, you still have to pay for this website and if you are to pay every month which is $47 per month from what i remember last that's about almost $600 a year.

They generally charge between $800 to $1200 monthly in order to have soemone working in-house as well. So that's my opinion and, if you're happy to spend for that then that's cool but I've already recommended additional resources.
