Buying organic foods is a great way to make sure that you meals do not include any damaging additives, many of which have not been thoroughly researched.

Remaining hydrated through out the day is vital, so drink plenty of water. Resting to take on water is the best way of making sure that your body is working at it's best and this also allows your body to flush toxins out of your system.
