1. Flexible. This implies she's open to journey and is basically low upkeep. She is going with the flow and doesn't seem like things always have to be her idea or her way.
2. Positive Perspective. This suggests she's upbeat and hopeful. She takes care of herself and expects nice things out of life. She doesn't need to be assured consistently.
3. Integrity. This is all about her morals and values. You don't stress about her choices. You know her head and heart are in the right spot.
4. Trust. This goes along with integrity. You can have trust in this girl. This is significant even for blokes who don't see wedding or fatherhood in their future "you just never know. You wish to find someone you trust enough that if she did end up raising your youngsters you'd be O.K with that. When you are looking to find your soulmate, you do not want a woman who backstabs or is resentful.
5. Interesting. She must not only be interesting to you physically, but psychologically. If she stimulates you intellectually, the sex is so much better.
6. Sex Drive. A large amount of people don't talk of this, but she has to have a sex drive and want that is akin to you. You don't want this to become a controversy later on. Some men I know are happy with sex once a month (yes, they do exist) and others want it ten times per day. You need to make sure you are at least partly compatible in this area or that each one of you are willing to compromise a bit here.
7. Competent. She has to be able to look after herself and not be looking for someone to save her. Some men believe they like a lady like this as it makes them feel needed and dynamic, but at the end, generally a man loses respect for the lady who is like this and/or becomes resentful.A competent, able woman should be looking after herself and have a smooth-running life.
