The main of the business is to maximize the shareholders wealth especially for the large and complex organizations and during his or her tenure he is to engage in such projects that will lead to increase in the amount of annual income for the business.

This assists the business run without interference. He or she should leader of any projects and actively participate in person to ensure that the project is accomplished at the required time and as was stipulated.

The officer also does the noble function of coordinating the different departments of the business with those that are off country to ensure that they work under one accord and achieve the business objectives. He or she formulate the policies that assist the management get the right personnel to fill the vacancies that may arise within the business.

When choosing the manager, therefore there are a number of qualities that should be looked at to ensure that the right person is selected for the job. The competency accountability and self-confidence are just but a few of the qualities that the candidate must possess. Not forgetting his or her academic qualification.

The aviation project manager with all the above functions and duties assist the firm in achieving its mission, objectives and visions in the stipulated time. When the objectives of the firm is met, then the wealth of the shareholders are maximized and the contingency liability is also minimized.
