Recently, my parents recommended I read a book named "The Little Book of Afformations" by Noah St James. In this book Noah talks regarding the effects that negative thoughts have on our lives and how to stop negative thoughts. Today we are going to discuss this concept.

I want you to complete a little workout for me. I want you to think of five positive thoughts. Thoughts like: "I have a great life." "I have the most wonderful family members inside the globe." "My life is going just exactly where I want it to go." I Enjoy my life." Now think about how those positive thoughts created you really feel. Did you notice how your power level seemed to go up? You felt a little much more cheery. You felt grateful for all the superb issues in your life and you were far more motivated by them, correct?

Now let's do precisely the same physical exercise, only this time modify those positive thoughts to negative thoughts. "I'm not good at anything." "I'm not pretty." "My life sucks." Did you notice a difference in your attitude? Did you notice your attitude drop? All of a sudden you feel your power level go down as well as your motivation decrease.
