Check your hearing often. Hearing loss is a thing we often don't start to notice until it is too late. Hearing loss often results in feelings of isolation and can be a first indicator of cognitive function loss and other psychological issues. This will allow you to take preventative measures to preserve your hearing for as long as you can.
