Ways To Manipulate Tricks With Hypnosis Techniques

By Reese McIntire

Different professionals, ranging from the field of medicine to criminology, have hypnotized subjects for different reasons. Hypnosis techniques can be used to make an individual perform tasks that they may not be willing to do in a conscious state. A person may also want to remember something that they have forgotten. An individual can, thus, be driven into a state of trance where they can be manipulated.

The skills involved are not difficult to master, although some may be difficult to achieve, depending on the condition of the individual. However, being patient is a virtue that every person who performs hypnosis should possess. This will be combined with the ability to understand the weaknesses and strengths of the subject. The guidelines below are quite useful in grasping the procedures involved in this process.

Some individual can be described as resistant to hypnotization. This means that no matter what you do, you cannot send them into sleep. Therefore, you should select your subject with care. Most important, the individual must be willing to undergo the process. This will make your job much easier as they will be psychologically prepared.

You should then set the mood of the room. You ought to ensure that your subject is relaxed. However, the room does not have to be necessarily silent. Nevertheless, make sure that there are no objects that may be distracting. You can have the person slouch and listen to some soothing music. Have them breath in through the nose and out through the mouth repeatedly until they are fully relaxed. Start counting from 100 backwards until you reach zero.

The next process will be preparing the person for manipulation. You can have the individual imagine a beautiful world that is quite pleasant. Describe the details in a pleasurable way until they come to believe that they are actually there. Once this is achieved, see what happens to their toes, cool, numb and tingly. Go through the process in a slow manner until you notice that they have lost awareness of themselves.

Once the subject has lost complete awareness of self, you can move on to the objective of your hypnosis. Do not be in a rush to get results. The individual may find it difficult to move his or her body parts in the beginning. However, as things take shape, it becomes a bit easier and faster. Therefore, start with very simple tasks that do not require much effort.

Every stage requires a degree of patience. Take every step with the fortitude it requires until the subject has mastered the basics. If you rush any process, then you may wake the person from hypnosis. The rule of thumb is that always command what the person would be able to do when they are conscious.

When you came to the end of your procedure, you should wake the subject slowly. You can go through the process you used to send them into sleep, but instead adding energy with every progression. These are simple hypnosis techniques, but they are quite useful.
