This is the first step in setting an objective. Plan should be set together. List the objectives you want to attain as a family. In case there are individual plans or changes that could affect the original plan, then adjustments should be made early to avoid any letdowns. The goals which you need to establish shall be obtainable or accepted by all, each working his or her own way to contribute in the accomplishment of that particular common goal. Nonetheless, it's very pertinent that all the members should stick to the plans and goals no matter what.

Be able to determine an obstacle which is keeping the family from attaining a particular objective. Find a solution as soon as possible to manage the issue. Believe that the obstacles can be overcome no matter how small or big they are. Working together to combat challenges can work wonders.

A schedule for each goal is a requirement. This process will sustain the interest in each of the members of the family to pursue the objective listed.
