We are living in a chaotic world where we don't find time to take care of our health. We keep looking for wealth and in that process we forget our health. Due to stress and other external factors we face a lot of health issues starting from wrinkles to diabetics. Wrinkles are early traces of aging and it's a natural thing that we cannot ignore.

As we grow old, our skin loses moisture and flexibility making it subject to spots and wrinkles. Many people want to know the best way to prevent wrinkles because if you look old, you will never pickup girls at clubs. Certain people apply creams whereas others try to follow healthy habits. So these are some tips you can follow to prevent wrinkles.

1. Sun Protection " As we all know, the sun emits dangerous UV rays that damage your skin and cause diverse problems. So before going out in the sunshine, ensure you apply UV protection lotion. This can prevent the sun's beams from penetrating your skin. But applying too many creams and other chemicals will prompt other issues. When you get back home from the office, clean your face with soap and lots of water. This will remove mud and other oily impurities on the surface of the skin. If you forget to do this, the dirt will become a breeding ground for bacteria and you'll get spots. Before turning in for the night, apply overnight wrinkle cream. This can definitely help stop wrinkles to some extent.

2. Healthy Diet " The food stuffs we eat also plays a big part in the formation of wrinkles. Due to our hectic lifestyle, we eat oily food at odd hours. This will lead directly to the formation of wrinkles, blemishes, and a variety of other skin issues. Always try and eat highly nutritious food such as fruit and veg. Drink lots of water as dehydration plays an important role in the formation of wrinkles. Anti oxidising agents play a big part in protecting your body against free radicals. Consume drinks and fruits rich in anti-oxidants such as pomegranates, blue berries, acai, green tea, etc.

3. Meditation and Exercise " We seldom exercise due to our busy lifestyle. But exercising is very important for both ladies and men to maintain good health. Stress will lead directly to premature ageing and to defuse stress we must meditate and exercise. Gently massage your neck and face area. This may increase blood circulation and stop the formation of wrinkles. Try to sleep on your back to prevent rubbing your face on your pillow. If you don't pay attention to these lines, they will later form wrinkles. The above-mentioned are some of the ways in which you can avoid wrinkles.
