Why Study NLP - Expert and Graduate Sharing on the Anchoring Technique

Individuals seek to study NLP Techniques for many purposes. There are individuals who aim to master NLP to comprehend themselves in more detail while others learn NLP to socialize well and some people aim to resolve difficulties using NLP Techniques. For my part, I decided to learn NLP to control even well my emotional quotient.

I was astounded by the amazing NLP techniques when I first came across them in the NLP Certified Practitioner Course by Jacky in Singapore, a few years ago. The techniques are all-encompassing of characteristics like bond forming, superlative features in people, integrating various parts into one and so forth. Amongst all techniques, I have to confess that I am fond of anchoring most as it works especially well for me in trouncing my grumpiness. In Nano seconds I can change my despair into a confident, energetic or influential one by means of the apt use of the NLP Anchoring method.

So what is anchoring? In order to make a specific material answer in a desired way to the human mind, NLP anchoring will manipulate the stimulus's response to make a diverse needed response. As such, the more frequently someone experiences such objects, the more that pattern will occur in the days to come.

For instance, have you ever heard your favorite song from the radio, and that leads you to remember a joyful occasion? This is likely because these sound waves are aural anchors that trigger nervous symbols (pictures, sounds, smells, tastes, feelings) within your mind and draw out peculiar feelings. Thus, the more you listen to the tune, the higher the level of the cheerfulness will be.

n addition, I wish to reveal two sorts of anchor procedures that you could try out and employ to your advantage. They are known as the basic anchor and the stacking anchors.

Basic anchor

Basic anchoring comes in 5 easy steps. The initial step is to think of a positive state that you'd wish to achieve e.g Feeling cherished. After that, recall a clear occurrence in the past where you were feeling very adored. Then, employ the anchor at the peak of the mindframe. The anchor could be a imagery anchor, it could be an acoustic anchor, a kinaesthetic anchor, or even a mixture of the three. The next process is that you must repeat this process a a lot of times. Lastly, the "break state" anchor will be employed. Eventually, you might want to test the anchor to ensure it is in progress. The basic anchor is simple and straightforward, thus I would recommend all new comers to apply this anchor at the beginning.

Stacking anchors
