By Ben Johnson

Shakespeare also uses roses as symbols in the tragic love story of two young people. The young girl named Juliet compares her love to a rose. Many other writers use red roses as symbols of love.

You really have to prepare before you actually begin planting roses, and this means getting all of the materials that you are going to need together first before you do anything else. Some of the key materials that you are going to need include: soil, water, fertilizer, pots, and spades.

Once you have all of this together, then you have to choose an area where you are going to plant your roses; you can either plant them directly in the ground in your back or front yard for example, or you can plant them in pots, to be repotted or planted in the ground later on.You have many decisions to make even in this planning stage however you need to make these decisions before you can go forward with the issue of planting roses.

Once you have come this far, then the next thing that you are going to have to do is actually plant the roses. The first thing that you want to do is make sure that there is plenty of moist soil, and then plant in this soil, pack firmly around where you have planted, and then water lightly. Make sure that wherever you have planted the roses, that there is a lot of direct sunlight throughout the day, because roses need a lot of sunlight in order to strive.

They educate all of the others who are interested in these great flowers so they know when to plant, feed and prune them. The people dedicated to roses hold shows that attract people from the far corners of the country. Of course the same thing applies to all other plants, however it is particularly so with roses because if roses do not have enough room to grow then they will wither and die. Just make sure that you do your research beforehand if you are still not too sure on what to do, so that your roses can strive and be as healthy and beautiful as they possibly can be.
