PREPARE YOUR MEAL
Blend 3 tablespoons of flour and salt Dip the eggplant into the mixture and set on a platter
On a good-sized frying pan, combine oil and two tablespoons butter and saute the eggplant for around three minutes or up until desired texture of the eggplant is obtained
Take a serving dishes and align the fried eggplant pieces with overlapping borders
Set eggplant aside
On the same large pan, add the remaining butter and saute the onions and liver until cooked through.
