CPM (cost per impression) means that you pay for 1000 impressions even if nobody clicked on your advertisement.

To understand which advertising method is right for your business is to test each of them. You may have a very good ad that gives you clients with 1000 impressions, but if your ad does not give clicks, you will waste your money and time for nothing.

Both advertising methods are good but they work the best way within different target market. Before you choose the best way for your situation, test them both and make the right decision.
