It is important to find ways to manage your stress by taking on the tougher and more important things at the beginning of the day so you can cruise through the rest of the day. When you are prioritizing it is important to think about what your short term and long term goals are so that you keep things in perspective. Whether it is family, friends, church, or just having fun, there needs to be some balance with everything else as well.

Another crucial element to their success as leaders was their ability to persuade and influence other people. They shared their beliefs in a very persuasive and influential way which motivated and inspired others. One of the major challenges of leadership is knowing that you are always being watched and that your example is much louder than words. Too many great leaders have fallen due to the lack of movement associated with the words coming out of their mouths.

People want to be able to relate and love their leader. It takes true empathy and care to be this type of leader. Leadership is shown from every level society and of an organization.
