Farming has been playing an important role in our lives ever since. This subject is probably among the leading fields of industry today. One of the most famous ones is the picture of the farmer and his wife. The look of a farmer usually consist of a person having a pale, shovel or pitchfork on one hand and having on a straw hat for sun rays protection.

Farms have always played a vital role in our lives as it becomes the key source of nutrition for all people. Having to grow their own crops as well to tend to animals for their meat, coat and milk is something that many people today can easily accomplish. As a farmer, he or she will need to wake up early and do various chores in the farm in order to have a living.

Farming is changed over the years as technology has entered the picture. Gone or the old horse-drawn plows and other implements. Farms today makes use of high tech equipment and machines to plow as well as to water their crops. Furthermore, modern genetics also allows crops and plants in farms to stay fresh longer and even stay vibrant despite the weather condition or season. Likewise, silos are also utilized in today's farms as these large storages are equipped with the right amount of humidity and temperature that slows the spoiling or rotting process of the crops. With this modern advancements in farming, people are now able to avail a bigger amount of produce or goods in the local market.

Sprinkler cans were usually used back then to water plants and crops in a farm. Today, a farmer can easily spread water on all corners of the field or farm in a lesser time through advanced water systems, irrigations and watering machineries. With this, the modern farmer is able to carry out more chores at the same time and are able to grow his goods at a quicker rate.

The cow-drawn plows have always been very handy for farmers back in the days. Farmers back then used animals such as cows or horses to plow the fields. However, technology changed all that. Machines such as tractors now take care of the plowing. Plowing is now made more easy and more areas can be covered with these amazing modern equipment and machineries. This would directly mean more time saved thus giving the farmer more time to spend on other chores.

The invention of the computer greatly benefits all families today. Computers for farmers are used to schedule their chores such as milking cows, tending to their animals as well as to their crops. With this, a farmer is able to put his or her attention on other chores or farm work. Computers can handle all schedules within the farm that the farmer would usually do. Thus these modern machines can also take care of the families finances in the most effective way possible.

These breakthroughs in technology has made the boring farming methods easy. Not only is time saved but also effort as well as money through these advanced equipment.
