As a family remember the things which you liked to do with your parents and the activities which you are enjoyed doing. Indulge in those activities again whether it is playing games, gardening, splashing in the pool, going for an outdoor activity, reading, going to a restaurant, a museum, a park or a beach revisit those happy times. It can offer your great amount of peace and comfort by revisiting those fun and happy moments.

The basic things and morals which we follow all our life a parent is the person who teaches us. The person who gives us unconditional love and support is he or she. When we are down, in fact they gave us our very life he or she is the person who mentors and guides us and acts as our safety net. It is indeed a great, immense and irreplaceable loss to lose this person. From them we must keep reminding ourselves of the values they taught us and we imbibed. From the wrong we must follow the path which they showed us and know the right. They would be the happiest to see a sensitive, mature and compassionate adult they brought up remember that. To teach you and inculcate them in you this is a way to honor their memory and all the values, ethics and morals that they stood up for and tried.
