All About Hookah And Shisha flavors

By John McCree

Trying to find the perfect shisha flavor for you? In this post, we will discuss how you can find and buy the correct kind of shisha flavor for yourself.

The flavorful tobacco, which is normally used in a hookah is commonly referred to as shisha. The modern day shisha contains all or some of the following things:

1. Tobacco

2. Treacle (uncrystallized syrup produced in refining sugar)

3. Honey

4. Sugar

5. Molasses

6. Glycerin

7. Nicotine

8. Dried Fruit

9. Distilled Water

The hookah smokers prefer the common fruity flavors such as apple, banana or mango. However, there are plenty of new and creative flavors on the market like Starbuzz's "Blue Mist". The vast majority of new flavors have a fruit flavor as the base. For instance, Blueberry Muffin or Pink Lemonade obviously have their roots in a fruity base.

Owing to the improved production procedures, it has become very easy to add flavors to shisha and therefore a wide range of flavors is available on the market. Any substance can be mixed in dried tobacco in the production to make unique flavors.

Social Smoking

Individuals normally smoke hookah in a social gathering where they can have the company of their family and friends. As hookahs grew in popularity through the Middle East hundreds of years ago, it became typical to see them in drinking and eating establishments. Nowadays they are seen in places from smoking parlors, to clubs, to the home.

Most of the increasing popularity of shisha can be attributed to the flavor and soothing effect of the smoke. As a contrast to cigarettes, hookah smoking is done more as a social pursuit and for the flavor, instead of for any kind of biological impact. While cigarettes give more of a "quick fix" having a strong dose of nicotine and a normally annoying aroma, a flavorful hookah session may last an hour or longer, and shisha doesn't have near the addictive characteristics as cigarettes.

Getting the Most Flavor from Your Hookah

No rocket science here, but some good common sense and discipline can go a long way when it comes to getting the best from your hookah. If you are a hookah owner then you should make it a habit of cleaning your hookah regularly You should wash your hookah carefully with warm water after each use.

In order to have a smooth smoking session then you should stop the coals from burning up the tobacco during the session. The tobacco should not get stuck to the foil, better still, the tobacco should not even touch the foil. While you are packing the bowl, be sure the tobacco is at least a couple of millimeters below the rim of the bowl. In this manner, when you will wrap the aluminum foil on the top of the rim, there'll be distance between the aluminum foil and tobacco. One more tactic you can use to keep distance between foil and the tobacco is to place two toothpicks in cross on the tobacco. Also, when "packing" the bowl, don't pack the tobacco down tightly. Rather, loosely pile it into a nice mound allowing the air to flow through the mound. Doing this, you'll be able to get a flavorful hit without having to strongly puff on the hose. If desired you may also use two sheets of aluminum foil to help prevent against overheating. The name of the game here is: KEEP IT REALLY CLEAN AND DON'T BURN THE SHISHA!

Prevent Shoplifting with these Strategies

By Mark Mahaffey

As a small business owner, you are no doubt concerned about shoplifting. The National Association for Shoplifting tells us that businesses lose more than twenty five million dollars a year because of shoplifting. With that amount of money being lost each year, it is obvious that shoplifting is a big problem that every business needs to be aware of.

In order to keep yourself safe from shoplifters, it is important to educate yourself about them. Even though no two shoplifters are exactly alike, many of them share common characteristics. If you become familiar with these characteristics, you may be able to recognize a shoplifter before he even steals from you! Education is protection when it comes to loss prevention.

Does your store have a dressing room where clients can try on clothing before they purchase it? If so, this is a place that you need to watch very carefully. It is so easy for a person to take things into a dressing room and then hide them in their purse or in their own clothing and then just leave your business with them!

It is a good idea to purchase tags with numbers on them. Assign an employee to work the dressing room by counting the garments that each customer wants to try on. Give the customer a numbered tag corresponding to the number of items that he or she has. Make sure the tag and the garment count match up when they come out of the dressing room.

Watch also for people who look nervous. Guilty people will often give off clues. They may look around nervously. They may also pick up items and put them down frequently, without seeming to be very interested in them. They may also move unnaturally.

Also be on the lookout for someone who comes into your store several times each day. In order to successfully rob you, it helps for a thief to have a good sense of the layout of your stores, what the employees typically do and what kind of merchandise you have. Watch out for frequent visitors and keep a sharp eye out on them!

Useful Marketing Tips For An Increasing Student Housing Business

By Bob Mila

Guiding a student housing business takes a lot of time and energy. To go the further steps needed to keep your student housing business growing - while you're going - may feel impossible at times. Save time and energy by referring to these tips to help you grow your student housing business.

A bill board in a high-traffic area can do lots to spread awareness about your housing consultant, campaign or whatever else you want people to know about. They're still around because they still work, even when weather is bad and power fails in an area. They are quite the resilient investment, though returns depend on an area's traffic.

Collect positive customer feedback from happy buyers and use them to convince new consumers. Studies show that indecisive prospects are more likely to buy after they have seen a positive recommendation or two. Be sure you have permission from your buyers to reprint or display their testimonials.

Always answer negative feedback. If you get a bad review from a client on the phone, website or anywhere else, make sure to address their problem and offer them a price reduction to make up for whatever they were unhappy about. This will cheer them up, and make you look like you truly care about your customers.

You can't be a student housing business success without a strong family behind you. The greatest entrepreneurs know that balancing work-time and family-time adequately is crucial to succeeding. Don't put family before student housing business; instead, view your family as ambition to work harder and smarter.

You must dedicate yourself whole heartily in your work. Just remember that there are going to be a lot of setbacks for you when you start a new student housing business. So, keep going forward, work hard and you will get on to the top of the student housing business.

Failure to operate and maintain a website is devastating to a student housing business, even if they do not realize it. You do not have to spend a lot of money to get a site up and running, but you do have to put forth the effort. Try running a basic Google search and do a quick analysis of costs to see for yourself just how inexpensive it is.

No one executes his or her job perfectly every time. Have courses available via in-services, online courses, and a multitude of other ways for your employees to continue to grow in the housing consultant. Training may be all that is needed for the poorly performing employee. It is much cheaper to offer a bit of extra training to that worker than to replace him or her.

Emails don't cost much to send out. Once you have lists of people interested in hearing about your student housing business, you can easily email dozens or hundreds of them at once with clients like hotmail which cuts down on the time needed considerably. This is a very effective way to spread knowledge of your student housing business.

Become Great At Video Marketing With These Simple Ideas

By Ruby Cratic

Marketing for a business is a little difficult because there are so many options. Video marketing is one of those things. This article will go over various tips and tricks that you can use with your video marketing campaign. Read over them carefully so you do not leave anything out!

Find a quality video editing software and learn how to use it. Your videos will be a lot better if you can cut the parts your viewers do not need to see and can smoothly transition from one segment to the next. Keep your videos short, well-structured and do your best to keep your audience interested.

Unwrap a product in a demonstration video, as part of your video marketing campaign. Explain the item as you unbox it and feature-benefit it to the viewers. They will enjoy the suspense of the unraveling and the process of learning more about your products. Enjoy what you are doing and make sure it's well rehearsed.

Don't forget to post videos to your website, but exercise some caution when doing so. You do not want to make your page run too slowly, and video can definitely impact your load time. Therefore, it is best to select only a couple of videos that showcase your best work.

If you can include your website URL in your video, do so. If viewers find your video interesting, they will want to know where they can go for more information. You can put your website name in as a caption, annotation or just say the name of your website a few times during the video.

Don't ignore the negative comments left on your videos. These can often be the more informational feedback you get and should be taken to heart. Obviously, don't take them personally, but consider how you could avoid such a comment with your next video by changing the content or how you produce it.

Do not be afraid of posting your videos. You may think that they are terrible, but for the most part, you are your own worst critic. It is okay if you aren't a video professional and don't have all the latest equipment. Create videos to the best of your ability, and post them. Nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Try to be honest and real in your videos. Unless the video is a professional video, it's okay to be imperfect. Practice your material before shooting and then go for it. You don't need to worry about editing out every little imperfection because people will see that you're honest and that they can relate to you. Just focus on getting the message across in a clear and concise manner.

Short is sweet. Quick videos are more likely to be viewed in full than long-winded commercials. The less you say, the better, but be sure to pack your content full of great information so that the time spent on camera is truly worth watching once you upload the video to the web.

A good video marketing tip is to just go for it and leave your reservations at the door. You might have put off video marketing because you're too shy or feel you lack a presence. It doesn't matter if you're shy, all you really need is solid material and your video will be effective.

Video marketing isn't that difficult, and now that you know some good tips you should have no trouble applying them to your marketing campaign. Just follow the advice and you'll do well with your videos. Make sure you keep this article handy in case you forget anything, or need a refresher on the subject.

Make Your Future Brilliant With A Network Marketing Career

By Robert Strong

Network marketing is easy to get into. Making your efforts profitable is not quite so easy. This article will give you a few pointers you can use to make sure you get the most out of the time you put into multi-level marketing. When you have the right strategies and techniques, multilevel marketing can pay off in a big way.

You can use the internet to build a network of contacts in a short period of time. You can also generate leads for your business. You will be a step ahead of other businesses who are still doing their marketing the traditional way.

Think of network marketing as investing in yourself. It is your drive, determination, and desire for results that will bring you great success. If you believe in what you are doing and what you are selling, other people will believe in it, too. Be confident and charismatic and you'll be rich in no time!

For success in multi-level marketing, you have to use the internet and leverage it properly. There is no turning back that the internet is a necessary element to network marketing success. The older methods will still yield results, but today the internet is the way that MLM is done. Use it wisely and do not be cheap when setting up an online presence for your business.

You may have to make a few compromises when working to become a network marketer. Instead of taking that Sunday off to watch football, it's probably a better idea if you learn some new tips and tactics to help you succeed in the marketplace. There are worse things you can do with your time than to learn more.

Keep the information you present to bite sized levels. Dumping a ton of information onto a prospect all at once is a huge turn off. People will think that there is too much involved for them to be able to succeed. You always have to keep people knowing that they too can achieve what you have. If you make it seem too difficult, you've taken that belief away.

Stay in touch with your customers. Ask them to answer to surveys about the quality of the product or service they purchased. Most people do not respond to surveys: be creative to make your surveys more interesting. You could have people win prizes or make your surveys look like games.

Create a weekly training for your team and follow through with it every week. It doesn't have to be a huge involved thing every week. It is more about being consistently in touch with them and providing them the information they need to sell more successfully. To your downline, you are the expert so make sure you show them that.

Take your time before you choose a company to work with. Find people who have worked with them and ask their honest opinion of the company. Ask how much were they able to make and how much work it took. Look for a company that paid their agents well and regularly.

Don't expect instant riches from your network marketing business. The odds of overnight success are extremely low in any business, so take the time to invest in your business and build up your efforts. Having a second income can make it easier to get through the start-up phase until your multi-level marketing is bringing in more money.

Apply the above advice to your own multilevel marketing strategy. All you really need to do to reach your multi-level marketing goals is remain positive and dedicated, and the knowledge you've gotten from this article just might help you do so.
