What Do Agile And Lean Project Managers Do?

When one graduates from high school, he is then faced with the question of what course to take. However, the problem is, after the student graduates from that 4-year course, that course has lowered in terms of demand. Thus, before taking up a course, you should first have to predict what courses would most lik[ely to be in demand after 4 or 5 years.

You should look into the economy and the direction technology is going in order for you to make a more reliable prediction. Ask yourself, in the next four to five years, where will the economy lead to? What jobs would employers have a need for? Asking these questions and doing lots of research online will help you find a course that you can use in order to have financial stability in the near future.

10 years back, Filipino nurses were so in demand in western countries, Europe and the Middle East. So, Filipino nurses opted to get jobs abroad. This is because on average, nurses only get a salary of 7,000-10,000Php per month. However, if they work abroad, they can get up to five times this amount in salary.

This lowered the number of nurses who worked in the Philippines because most of them would work in the U.S. Filipino nurses are more preferred because they are more caring and attentive to the sick. Filipinos are raised in a caring and loving environment, thus these characteristics are already instilled in their personalities. So, parents of high school students would encourage their kids to take up a course in nursing.

Sadly, when they graduated, the job no longer became in demand as the US announced that they would rather hire nurses from their own country. Nowadays, agile project management and lean project management are now in demand. These employees are needed in manufacturing and production industries. The lean managers would find ways of creating new products out of the by-products.
