The False Claims Act is about shifting the countenance of business organization America by discouraging crime

The Fake Claims Act is more than simply the cash; instead it is about changing the face of corporate America by discouraging fraud. In fact , reporting crime should be the civil responsibility of every individual. It is understandable that some people think that they don't really want to rock the boat for fear of a reprisal, whether thru their work, or thru acquaintances.

In exact fact the govt. has a whistleblower protection law in which any individual must desist from terminating, suspending, demoting, badgering or abusing a whistleblower. If they do any of the above, then the whistleblower is allowed to file serious damages directly against the defendant for any stress and pain caused.

It is bizarre to think about the govt. wanting our help as average citizens, but that is precisely what is happening. When so many folk are out to scam administration programs, it requires a lot of eyes and ears to help stop it. And by helping the governing body, we help ourselves. After all , we fund the government as taxpayers. It is our bucks that fund programs, and our dollars that perpetrators are trying to get a hold of. We should all be outraged by govt fraud, because we will pay the price in the shape of increased taxes and a decrease in programs.

Cases related to whistleblowing and qui tam are routinely under seal for 60 days which means that nobody will be aware of your whistleblowing activities (apart from the governing body departments concerned) and this of course includes the people responsible

. As you can see, the govt has brought into play a forceful personal "public relationship when it comes to revealing crime and the resources are available for anyone that commits their time to following such a claim. It is just a matter of whether you'll do the proper thing or otherwise brush it under the carpet and forget it ever happened.
