Going to eating places with loved ones and close friends is one of the most important ways we socialize in our society. Alas, most restaurants offer big meal sizes which have way many calories in them. One way to deal with this problem is to eat very slowly enabling your stomach to know it is full, or you can stop eating while you still feel hungry. You may also want to consider getting smaller-sized portions as they are normally sufficient for most people. When you're famished, you usually end up ordering too much food and then you are not able to finish it all.
