The Long Beach Terrace Apartments offer studios which cost starting at $960 and one bedrooms at $1,185. The location of the apartments is just near downtown and Bellmont Shores, not to mention that it has incredible beach access. The management in this 76-unit low-rise building is considered as on-site. Amenities would include updated kitchens and baths, sundeck as well as laundry facilities.

The Park del Amo Apartments are situated near the Lakewood Mall and the I-405, CA-91, I-710 and I-605 freeways. One bedroom apartments start at $1,300 and studio apartments are from $1,000. There is little traffic because the apartments are located in a cul de sac. In each unit, there is a large private terrace. On-site management, storage space and laundry facilities are a few of the amenities which Park del Amo has to offer.
