Losing weight is as easy as it is difficult. To lose weight you want to eat fewer calories than you burn. Raise your activity level and lower the amount of calories which you consume and you may shed pounds. It is so simple but yet few of us are actually capable of doing it. So let's just have a giggle about it. What we need is healthy dieting advice...

Some easy tips:

Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables

It's counseled that we eat at least 5 portions of differing kinds of fruit and veg a day. It's easier than it sounds. A drink of one hundred percent unsweetened fruit juice can count as one portion, and vegetables cooked into dishes also count. Boost your activity levels

Someone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will surely shed weight.

Irrespective of if you abhor gymnasiums "even light exercise, such as a short 20 minute walk, will be of benefit if done most days of the week.

Remaining healthy while on the road is generally an issue in a modeling career, whether you're going to a world shoot or just going fifty miles up the road for a two day job.
